Hans is a graduate of Baruch College City University of New York with a Major in Business Finance and Investment while minoring in Marketing.

In his spare time, Hans enjoys fitness activities, sightseeing, traveling and spending quality time with his wife, twins, Harper & Hunter, along with their two furry kids, King the Goldendoodle & Bently the Bichon Frise.

Real estate is highly competitive; how do you maintain a code of ethics?

In what can be perceived as a sometimes treacherous real estate market, where obstacles are encountered in every transaction, Hans seeks to level the playing field for his buyers and sellers. He does this by carefully educating them on every aspect of the deal while providing expert insight and analysis on current market conditions. It is here that he set himself apart from his competition by listening to and communicating clearly with his clients to ensure their time and needs are valued.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?

This is a loaded question, one of which I will say "The bright smile my clients display when its all said and done "

What has been the If your clients could leave you at the end of a transaction with one thing on their mind, about you, what would you want that to be?

Hans was our navigation system throughout from start to finish. He definitely went to bat for us.
