Born in Malaysia and now rooted in Annapolis, Kiva specializes in first-time homebuyers, luxury homes, and properties in Anne Arundel County and Baltimore City. His real estate journey is built on relationships, not just transactions. He helps clients find their first home and then guides them to their dream home when the time is right.

Outside of real estate, Kiva enjoys attending concerts and sporting events and playing lacrosse with his daughter. He is also passionate about autism awareness and community beautification projects and is always looking for ways to give back.
