About Martez Taylor

Growing up in Washington, DC, Martez Taylor developed a deep appreciation for teamwork, resilience, and hard work—values that now define her approach to real estate. A homeowner herself, Martez uses her personal experience to empower others in their journey to homeownership, making what can feel overwhelming both exciting and achievable.

Specializing in first-time homebuyers, downsizing buyers, investment properties, and international clients, Martez has successfully closed some of the most complex transactions, including working with overseas buyers and high-stress situations. Her philosophy is built on the 4 P’s—Preparation, Patience, Professionalism, and Perseverance—ensuring her clients receive expert guidance at every step.

One of her proudest moments was helping a client currently living abroad purchase a home here in the States.

Beyond real estate, Martez enjoys watching sports, attending sporting events, working out, and trying new cuisines. She actively gives back as a CASA volunteer, STEM mentor for young African American students, church servant, and youth basketball coach.
