I don’t even know where to start! My husband and I got to work with Dennis on finding our new home. He made the experience 100x better. He was responsive, communicative, and patient! He was able to find us an abundance of choices until we found our dream house! And made sure ALL of our boxes were checked, and that we got exactly what we were looking for! 10/10 recommend working with Dennis!

This experience is always a roller coaster, but I wouldn't have chosen any other team to ride it with. Matt, Sarah, Krystin and Laura (among others with Gerdes) were wonderful to work with and provided excellent support and guidance throughout the process. From the first moment I met Riley I knew that he would be a valuable person to have in my corner. During this covid/sellers market, Riley produced some magic, and we were able to buy/negotiate our home under the selling price as well to get the seller to accept a VA loan with inspections. If you want an agent who will 100% back you up and do what you request, than look no further, Riley is that person!

From the moment I was asked if I could be referred to Riley and his team there was no doubt they had the drive to take care of business! We were planning on this transition in our lives for a while but had not yet picked an agent to facilitate it. From the first conversation just about setting an appointment to look at our home to sell it was pretty clear this was gonna be a smooth ride.
