From the first moment I met Riley I knew that he would be a valuable person to have in my corner. During this covid/sellers market, Riley produced some magic, and we were able to buy/negotiate our home under the selling price as well to get the seller to accept a VA loan with inspections. If you want an agent who will 100% back you up and do what you request, than look no further, Riley is that person!

Riley helped us tremendously as we were contemplating buying our first beach rental. His knowledge of the area and the research he did helped us because he worked through all the numbers and helped us understand that this was the perfect investment for us. We could not have done it without him! He drove all the way to Ocean City to be there when we first saw the property and to see the inspection through. From the moment I was asked if I could be referred to Riley and his team there was no doubt they had the drive to take care of business! We were planning on this transition in our lives for a while but had not yet picked an agent to facilitate it. From the first conversation just about setting an appointment to look at our home to sell it was pretty clear this was gonna be a smooth ride. We looked at every angle from making sure we listed strategically to maximize our offers and the range to making sure our transition to the next property was accommodated also. The photographer and marketing team did a fantastic job of highlighting the feel of living in our space, so much so that on the first day we had offers and even sight unseen counter offers which Riley fielded and negotiated for us to get the best sale we could think of. In todays fast moving world we live in I knew from the start communication was important so we had a group chat with my wife and riley to keep us all updated throughout that way regardless of who was in a remote working situation or not we could keep minute by minute updates going. If you are selling or buying in Maryland definitely contact Riley and his team, you wont be disappointed.

This experience is always a roller coaster, but I wouldn't have chosen any other team to ride it with. Matt, Sarah, Krystin and Laura (among others with Gerdes) were wonderful to work with and provided excellent support and guidance throughout the process. I don’t even know where to start! My husband and I got to work with Dennis on finding our new home. He made the experience 100x better. He was responsive, communicative, and patient! He was able to find us an abundance of choices until we found our dream house! And made sure ALL of our boxes were checked, and that we got exactly what we were looking for! 10/10 recommend working with Dennis!

Jackie and Sarah worked with me to really spiff up my 27 year old townhouse and get it ready for sale. They are both very respectful of my time, and guided me through the whole process of refurbishing my home, and ultimately getting me a contract for above asking price! I have a townhome that I wasn't living in and it was time to let go, as I live in Texas. My sister, who is a real estate agent in Texas, vetted real estate agents in Maryland for me and found Sarah Miller with the Gerdes Team. My sister told me she was super nice and said I would love her. Well, I did! We stood outside my townhouse talking like we had been friends for a long time. My townhouse needed some work and repairs, and she explained that doing those things would help to get more out of the sale, or I could sell it as-is. She was very upfront and honest about the process and about what was needed to get the home to the point where it would look great and sell, and she understood my situation. She even had very reasonable contractors for me to use for the work. Took a lot of stress off of me since I'm in Texas. Sarah Miller was very nice, personable, and friendly. She's already met a friend of mine who would like to use her for her mom's house! She gave me encouragement and helpful information throughout the whole process. Would very much recommend her again.
