I have a townhome that I wasn't living in and it was time to let go, as I live in Texas. My sister, who is a real estate agent in Texas, vetted real estate agents in Maryland for me and found Sarah Miller with the Gerdes Team. My sister told me she was super nice and said I would love her. Well, I did! We stood outside my townhouse talking like we had been friends for a long time. My townhouse needed some work and repairs, and she explained that doing those things would help to get more out of the sale, or I could sell it as-is. She was very upfront and honest about the process and about what was needed to get the home to the point where it would look great and sell, and she understood my situation. She even had very reasonable contractors for me to use for the work. Took a lot of stress off of me since I'm in Texas. Sarah Miller was very nice, personable, and friendly. She's already met a friend of mine who would like to use her for her mom's house! She gave me encouragement and helpful information throughout the whole process. Would very much recommend her again.

My husband and I decided a year ago that we wanted to move to TN and fulfill our dreams sooner rather than later. We decided to hire Phil and the Gerdes Team because of their success in our specific residential market, and through their advertising, I could sense they were "on it." Home preparation was pretty easy. We sold to the existing tenant which accelerated the process. And they were prompt in doing all the background work to get everything into action.
