A couple of things to flag for the client. The designated agent’s name and address only carry DMCA safe-harbor protection if that agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office through its online DMCA Designated Agent Directory. Registration has a small fee and has to be renewed every three years. I’m not a lawyer, so it’s worth having the client or their broker’s legal team give this a quick review before it goes live. If the site has no IDX feed, you can drop the MLS section.
